Stephen Pollard
Principal


Stephen has over twenty-five years experience in executive search and corporate human resource management. He has successfully managed searches at all levels, in most functional areas, for a number of today's leading corporations.

Stephen founded Pollard Search Group to specialize in the search and selection of top level professionals, in all functional areas, with substantial focus in the Restaurant/Hospitality/Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Advertising and e-Commerce industries.

Previously, he held human resource management positions for leading restaurant, e-Commerce and wireless communications companies. He began his career in Executive Search for a prominent Boston based search firm.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University, Chicago, IL.


Joey O’Connor-Katz
Associate Partner


Prior to joining Pollard Search Group as Associate Partner, Joey O’Connor-Katz was the Director of Client Communication at a Boston area search firm specializing in candidate research and development for the retail industry. She has over ten years experience conducting executive searches.

Joey has a unique capacity to focus on the details of the search assignment ensuring that she clearly understands the client’s needs. She partners with larger, mature, publicly traded companies and smaller, emerging firms sourcing top-level candidates that meet the client organization’s specifications.

Joey holds a Bachelor Degree in English from Worcester State University.


Lauren Collins
Database Manager


Manages the firm's extensive database of talent — one of the most robust networks of talent in the industry today. Lauren handles all data entry and ensures continuous up-to-date maintenance and security of both client and candidate information. She has significant executive and administrative assistant experience across a number of industries.
