We will treat as completely confidential all proprietary information concerning your company, its organization, executives, products, services and business plans. We will use none of this information in any way detrimental to you.
Communication
We communicate with you frequently so that you understand and feel comfortable with our progress on your behalf and we understand any changes in your priorities. We will communicate with you in person, by telephone, in writing and through strategy review sessions.
Exclusivity
To avoid confusion in the marketplace and to maintain the highest level of professionalism in the search process, we ask that you treat this search as an exclusive consulting arrangement with Pollard Search Group.

Timetable
An assignment enters into our research phase only when we are authorized to proceed. Allowing time for completion of the clients interviewing and selection process, we would expect an assignment to be completed in forty-five to ninety days. In the case of international assignments and those with some degree of exceptional difficulty, the timetable may be longer.
Reciprocal Relationships
The best relationships are reciprocal and, just as we make our clients aware of any particular facts we discover in the course of the search, we ask them to keep us informed of any developments which may affect the successful outcome.
