Meeting and confidential discussions with key client executives to clearly define the role and responsibilities of the position, understand organizational relationships, the client’s strategy and objectives, the climate and environment, and define the requisite set of skills and experience the candidate will need to be successful.
2. Position Specification
After carefully assessing your needs, we typically prepare a written position specification that outlines the responsibilities of the position, qualifications of the ideal candidate and criteria for success. This specification guides our search efforts.
3. Strategy
Definition of a customized search strategy, including developing a jointly identified target list of industries and organizations for investigation and research.
4. Research
Intensively research and source our firm’s confidential network and database to identify candidates and source the target list of industry segments, functions and specific companies where successful candidates are likely to be.

5. Candidate Identification
We will identify, approach, evaluate, recruit, conduct face to face interviews and perform preliminary reference checks on those individuals who appear to be potential candidates.
6. Presentation of Candidates
Confidential written reports and background profiles are typically submitted on those individuals who most closely fit the position specification.
7. Candidate/Client Interviews
The consultant schedules a mutually convenient meeting between the client and each candidate, and in most cases makes the travel arrangements. After each interview the consultant contacts both the client and the candidate for feedback.
8. Completion of Search
Thorough referencing of the candidate of choice and assistance in the critical final negotiations of a compensation package and assimilation plan that serves you and the new executive.
